Community Guidelines
DRAFT template governing conduct in The Response Team community spaces.
DRAFT — Requires Review by Qualified Counsel
1. Purpose
These guidelines apply to all Emergen Coin community spaces (X, Telegram, Discord, and any future channels). The goal is to maintain a respectful, constructive, and safe environment for The Response Team.
2. Be Respectful
Treat all community members with respect. No harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.
3. No Financial Advice
Do not provide financial or investment advice in community spaces. Do not encourage others to spend more than they can afford to lose. Do not make price predictions or guarantee outcomes.
4. No Scams or Spam
No posting of unauthorized links, phishing attempts, fake token addresses, or spam. No impersonation of team members, moderators, or other community members. Scam attempts will result in immediate removal and reporting.
5. No DMs First
Team members and moderators will never DM you first. Be suspicious of any unsolicited DM. Report suspicious activity to moderators through official channels.
6. Original Content
Meme submissions must be your original work or clearly licensed for use. Do not submit content that infringes on others' intellectual property. See /terms for IP policy.
7. No Ranking by Purchases
The community does not rank members based solely on token purchases. The meme leaderboard ranks by submissions and engagement, not holdings. Do not pressure others to buy tokens.
8. Moderation
Moderators enforce these guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent ban. Moderation actions are logged and appealable.
9. Reporting
Report violations through official channels. Provide evidence (screenshots, message links). Do not take moderation into your own hands.
10. Transparency
Moderation policies and actions are transparent. Significant policy changes will be posted in the transparency center.
11. Legal Compliance
Community members must comply with all applicable laws. Illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, sanctions violations, or fraud, will result in removal and reporting to authorities.
12. Changes
These guidelines may be updated. Material changes will be announced in official channels and posted in the transparency center.
