$EMRGN is a Solana SPL token functioning as a meme token within a community ecosystem. It is not represented as an investment product, security, or regulated financial instrument. Legal classification depends on facts, structure, and jurisdiction.

These terms do not constitute an offer to sell securities in any jurisdiction. If $EMRGN is deemed to be a security in your jurisdiction, you may not participate.

$EMRGN is available for purchase on Pump.fun using SOL. All transactions are on-chain, final, and non-refundable. The price is determined by market supply and demand.

No guarantees are made regarding: token value, price appreciation, exchange listings, market capitalization, liquidity, or any return on purchase. You can lose all contributed value.

You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys. The project does not custody tokens on your behalf. Use a Solana-compatible wallet (Phantom, Solflare) to hold $EMRGN.

Buyers must not be located in restricted jurisdictions (see /restricted-jurisdictions) or be sanctioned persons/entities. Buyers must accept the risk disclosure and these terms before participating.

AML/KYC and sanctions screening may be implemented based on legal counsel recommendations. Purchases may be refused if screening requirements are not met.

All purchases on Pump.fun are final and non-refundable. No refund mechanism exists for on-chain swaps.

You are responsible for any tax liabilities arising from participation. The project does not provide tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional.

These terms may be updated. Material changes are logged in the transparency center. Final terms require owner and counsel approval.
