Giveaway Rules

Each giveaway will have official rules published on this page before activation. Rules will include: sponsor identity, start/end dates, eligibility, entry methods, prize details, winner selection process, and odds.

Each giveaway will specify exact start and end dates and times, including timezone. Entries received outside the specified period will not be eligible.

Eligibility requirements will include: legal age, jurisdiction restrictions (see /restricted-jurisdictions), and exclusion of project team members, affiliates, and their immediate families.

Giveaways are void where prohibited by law. Restricted jurisdictions will be clearly listed in each giveaway's official rules.

Where a giveaway involves token purchases, a free alternative method of entry will be provided to ensure no purchase is necessary to participate. This may include a submission form, creative entry, or other no-cost method.

Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries using a transparent, verifiable method. Selection process will be documented and auditable.

The project reserves the right to disqualify entries suspected of fraud, bot usage, multi-accounting, or other violations of official rules. Fraud controls include: duplicate detection, IP analysis, and pattern matching.

Winner information (wallet address or display name) may be published publicly. Personal data collected for prize distribution will be handled per the privacy notice (/privacy).

Some giveaways may include optional social-task entries (e.g., sharing a post, creating content). These are optional and never required for basic eligibility. Social tasks will have clearly defined completion criteria.

Winners will be announced publicly on official channels (verified at /official-links) and on this page. Winners may be required to claim prizes within a specified period.

Each giveaway will maintain an audit trail including: entry logs, selection process, winner verification, and prize distribution confirmation. This trail supports transparency and dispute resolution.

Purchasing $EMRGN does not increase your odds of winning in any giveaway with an AMOE. Giveaways are not investment opportunities and participation does not guarantee any return.
