Restricted Jurisdictions Policy

Contributions to the $EMRGN presale are NOT accepted from:

• The United States of America and its territories
• People's Republic of China
• Any jurisdiction where token sales are prohibited or restricted by law
• Any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions

This list is not exhaustive and may be updated based on legal review.

Contributions are not accepted from sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions. Screening may be performed to ensure compliance with applicable sanctions programs (OFAC, EU, UN, and others).

By attempting to contribute, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in a restricted jurisdiction, (b) you are not a sanctioned person or entity, (c) you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, and (d) your participation complies with all applicable laws.

The project may implement IP blocking, wallet screening, or other verification methods. However, no method is foolproof. Users are responsible for their own compliance.

If a contribution is found to originate from a restricted jurisdiction or sanctioned entity, it may be rejected, frozen, or subject to refund (if applicable). The project reserves the right to refuse service.

Restricted jurisdictions may be added or removed based on legal review and regulatory developments. Changes will be posted in the transparency center.

This policy is a DRAFT and must be reviewed by qualified counsel in each target jurisdiction before the presale launches. Local laws may impose additional restrictions.
